All items are sold via auction
- Auction Process: All vinyl records are sold exclusively through our auction platform. To bid, users must create an account and agree to these terms. Each auction has a designated start and end time, with countdown timers shown on each listing. The highest bidder at the close of the auction wins the item. Bids are binding, and all sales are final unless an item is proven to be significantly misrepresented.
- Record Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate and detailed descriptions, including condition grading using the Goldmine Standard. Photos are included for reference, but actual product condition may vary slightly. Please review all listing details before placing a bid.
- Payments: Payments must be made within 48 hours of the auction’s conclusion. We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal. Failure to pay within this time frame may result in the cancellation of the order and suspension of your account.
- Shipping: We ship worldwide using reliable courier services. All items are securely packaged in vinyl mailers to prevent damage. Orders are dispatched within 3 business days of receiving payment. Tracking numbers will be provided via email.
- Returns and Refunds: Due to the nature of auctions, all sales are considered final. However, if you receive an item that is significantly not as described or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for resolution. We may offer a partial refund, full refund, or replacement (if available).
- Seller Submissions: If you’re interested in selling your own vinyl collection through our platform, please reach out to our seller support team. We offer appraisal services and can list your records for auction to our community of collectors.
- Privacy Policy: We value your privacy and ensure your data is protected. We never sell or share your personal information with third parties. All payment information is securely processed through encrypted platforms.
- User Conduct: All users must treat our community with respect. Harassment, fraudulent bidding, or abuse of the auction system will result in account suspension or termination.
- Dispute Resolution: In the rare event of a dispute, please contact our support team. We aim to resolve all issues amicably and fairly.
